My account bmon#11158 was hacked and someone changed the email.

If you haven’t already done so, you will need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket; see this support article for details:

In your ticket, you will need to provide another e-mail – preferrably one that never had a Battle.Net account – so Blizzard can attach your old bmon account to it.
