I’m having the same exact issues. Excessively slow download speeds from Blizzard when just a little over 2 weeks ago I was getting extremely fast download speeds, nothing apparent has changed. I also can’t submit a ticket because the prompt won’t let me submit when I attach all the required files. Your support system is pretty terrible.

If you’re trying to submit a ticket, there’s a known issue with the ticket submission system where it doesn’t clearly indicate how many files need to be submitted. You’re intended to submit an MSInfo and DXDiag file in the blank after the form describes how to create them, but it’s not entirely clear that this is the case. Sorry for the confusion - we recently reworked the site and missed this detail. We’ve got feedback in to have it resolved.
Same here. Only downloading around 18-19MB/s of my 125MB/s max bandwidth speed.
