Hi, im on pc and i bought Modern Warfare yesterday and i tried to download it but my speed is only 50kb/s when on steam its 6mb/s, i dont know how to fix i tried everything, Vpn, changing regions, reseting network, caping network bandwith, downloading and uninstalling battle net. Nothing worked please help me.
