The Zoltan Kulle server’s reign ended 3 days before merge and the entire server lost all of their cycle’s end rewards from the hills vendor and historical archivist as soon as the server merge went into effect.
Also (as noted in a different bug report) the server’s extremely short duration as shadows before the merge messed up the deeds of valor rewards because we were competing against others with a much longer immortal reign duration. For Zoltan Kulle, we were shadows for only 2 or 3 weeks before the reign ended, so the max deeds of valor possible was 6% and many had only 2%.
