recently i have been unable to play blizzard games at all. when i open them my screen power cycles (i play on laptop) any game i open on any other launcher works fine even far more demanding games. i have reinstalled the games and launcher. i have made sure there is no firewalls blocking anything. made sure drivers were up to date. updated bios. i even fully reinstalled windows. absolutely nothing has fixed this screen flickering issue in the slightest. please help

What are your hardware specs? Which Blizzard games are you trying to play?
Can you provide some examples of these games?
cpu: i7-12700H
gpu: geforce 3070Ti
32Gb ram
i have this issue on heroes of the storm. world of warcraft classic. diablo 2 ressurected. diablo 3. hearthstone. diablo 4. and starcraft 2. all have the same screen flickering issue
as far as steam games i have no issues with. i ran armored core 6, baulders gate 3, helldivers 2, monster hunter wilds, and path of exile 2 all with 0 issues
Sounds like you’re having a driver issue. Try running Direct X 11 instead of 12.
that does nothing for the issue. as far as my non super tech knowledgeable self can asertain there is some kind of software issue with the display. if i change my monitor and games refresh rate from 360hz to 60hz the screen doesnt completly turn off but is just constantly flickering instead. but that is the only thing ive found to show any kind of change and doesnt fix it enough to be playable
