Retail WoW - Wont launch

I’ve tried redownloading the game, I’ve been through all the steps on your websites, tried forcing DirectX11, tried scanning and repairing, checked that all my hardware was updated, I’ve been through the list and tried everything.

I still can’t launch it, it appears in the Task Manager, but the window never opens.
I can still play World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, and it’s working fine.

23 days later and still nothing from Blizzard. I’m here to tell you to move onto a different company that actually will support their customers.

Nintendo refunded my Blizzard game within a day.
