I am having to reopen tickets because CS reps are not understanding my issue. Whenever I see the gray “Reopen Ticket” button and click it, it does not reopen any ticket and just stays on the webpage. Is this CS’s way of denying us of communication? Is it a way of saying they don’t want us to respond? Opening another ticket can get people banned, but this is the only way to respond to CS. I can’t imagine what people dealing with refunds feel like if this were to happen.
I’m not sure about that lol. The person that last replied to my most recent ticket was very rude, and not in an AI sense.
