My phone broke over 2 years ago I no longer have access to that email or phone number and when I went to support I finally figured out how to do the tickets I removed my phone number successfully but the email was still connected I so i had to go back and do it again and get help on the last one i didn’t read it all the way and answered questions wrong i submitted it and realized after i tried to do it again the right way and it told me I had to many tickets opened most from when I was trying to figure it out and I’m even more locked out of my account then I was before I can still play on my overwatch account that’s connected to my playstation but i can’t access my battle net account i want help unlocking it. Tickets are very confusing and I bet 5/10 people don’t understand them I cried after I saw the I have to many tickets thing pop up please help

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN
Here’s what you have to do:
- You need to open a private browsing page (incognito or whatever)
- Go to battle.net then scroll down to the end and click on Contact Us
- On this page choose Customer Support
- Close the pop-up asking for your info and then click on Account
- Click on ''I would rather categorize the issue
- Choose ‘‘Not listed here’’ this is very important or else the system will ask you to log in
- Again, click on the blue Contact Us button
- Fill out the form as needed and press the Submit button and voilà
It may take a few seconds to a few minutes until it submits but it works
I have the confirmation email and believe me I was surprised.
