Hello, I want to request a refund and every time you close the ticket and send the following email message A manual assessment will be required. You need to submit a ticket.

If you are attempting to use the self service option to request a refund and it is telling you that you need to submit a ticket, then you will need to submit a direct ticket. (IE not use the self service) You can do so by clicking the support button at the top of this page, then clicking contact support. Follow the prompts but do not choose the automated self service and submit your request directly.
