how do we go about getting refunds? im not paying money to sit in a queue while they do nothing to get rid of spam accounts.

I just asked the same thing. Was fighting through the constant game crashes but now I have to wait to get back on. Not fun. I’d rather have my money back.

file chargebacks on your visa that you bought it with might be the only way to get their attention. That and not giving them money again for an old game
They’ll do what Sony does and end up banning you. What I might do is just uninstall the game and say forget it and just play the D2LOD version.
My old D11 has stopped working now, funny after they take your money and run.
