I’m trying to refund Call of Duty Cold War because it’s literally unplayable. Battle.net won’t process my refund request and it’s just sitting at a support screen trying to submit my request. In a couple hours of playtime, the game crashed 2-3 times and the frames jump erratically. I’ve restarted my router, cleared my routers cache, linked my Activision and Blizzard accounts and the game still runs extremely poorly. The game would run better on my PS5…
