Hi, I completed and claimed the Twitch drop for the Rainy Day Mei skin and the other items in the same drop 14 days ago but they still have not appeared in the game at all. I have tried disconnecting Blizzard & Twitch and then reconnecting the accounts. I have emailed Twitch with no real help; they said the drops fall onto the other party to deliver. My friend who lives in the same city as me have received their rewards already, so it is not a location issue. What can I do to get these items in game to use them? In my twitch account they are saying claimed with Blizzard accounts linked but nothing is there when I open Overwatch 2.
