i just had all pvp points reset by a bug after disconnecting from diablo immortal!
plz look into this asap! i was 1st on my barb with 3700 points and 9th on my necro with 3k or so…
then after a match with DC i got to SEASON RESTART bronze1 0 points on both chars…
HELP fast plz
Battleground reset inmail came, that reign ended and sent reforge stones on 09. March around 13:30. It forces to start a new season. Gimme back my points, I give back the stones.
Do have 2 characters on same account, and it is just happened with one, other has no inmail as well at battleground captain shows silver v, as it was, not forcing a new steason start.
Same Problem here, got a mail that the season ended and then from Legend to Bronze… plz fix it
Happened with several players on our server, not belonging to 2 chars, seems to be an issue with legend rank, but not at everybody, who was in legend
As well, I just reached Legend like yesterday or so, and I will be really ANGRY, if I need to restart in the middle of reign again from scratch… In the morning I made the 3 round, no problem, and as I logged in around 13:30 CET, I got that mail, but just at my main char. I was not restarted the season, as well, I see my char in leaderboard in Legend.
Luckily i am not alone with this BS

You have to to mark your link and use Preformatted text if your trustlevel is too low.
It is the second symbol right from the link symbol.

If you are not able to find the symbol just put one grave accent at the beginning and one at the end of your link.
My battleground rating was reset too. My rating was about 4976 and I was reset back to bronze
I had the same problem, I was top 1 and got a mail today then I saw my rank was reset back to bronze.please help to fix this.
Same for me. It likes it forced to close the previous season again
Same Problem! ranking Silver and start with bronze. If i win a pvp i get no points for the Ranking. So the bug is for Ranking and the Points a Desaster!
Edit: Now the Ranking and the points are reseted- horrible
I just logged in after being on this morning and received an email (on a Thursday) stating the reign had ended and giving me reforge stones for getting to silver top 10 this past week. The reign obviously didnt end midweek and now it said i was starting from bronze again. However in looking at the leaderboard it still shows my score as silver and not changing. What the heck is going on Blizzard? Please fix this and feel free to compensate everyone from this horrible bug.

Found a guy on my server who even got his leaderboard points reset by this bug…

Me to, i was in top ten ranked with 5.6k point… now i’m bronzo 1. In my server this bug affected some players
I am on the Faheel server in East Asia. Yesterday, more than 10 of my servers received the end of cycle letter. And this morning the Battlegrounds rating was reset to 0. My rate until yesterday was 4570. How can I restore it?
You cant restore it. Thats blizzs job.
Tell those people they should post in this thread and we just can hope that they can and will fix this bug…but it seems like they dont care
Same problem here at Bloodraven server, and heard that many people are affected by the reset.
Received mail reign ended(it didn’t) and my battleground went back to zero from legend to bronze. Hopefully they correct this soon because it will screw up the badge
Same thing happened to me I was 6th in demon Hunter on stigen fury 5800+ points. Email came and it sent me back to the start but no one else seems to have this issue as they are still in the same point. I have screenshots of my position the message and my place now some 150 places lower than I was. Either reinstate or sort this issue out or compensate, took time and effort to get there.
