Yesterday it happened that the pre-order of Midnight was available to Russian accounts via Apple/Google pay.
We were all very happy and many bought this add-on. After a few hours, this payment option disappeared. Then we all got the money back for the add-on, which, by the way, hung up, and we can’t get it back.
I understand perfectly well that it is currently impossible to sell the Midnight addon in Russia due to trade sanctions, but we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered a new way to purchase this addon and thought Blizzard had changed its attitude towards us a little.
Please understand, we are just players, we want to play the game, our accounts are over 10 years old. Please add payment via Apple/Google pay, because you will receive the money in euros, and there are no reputational risks.
Moreover, I personally do not understand on what basis you made a refund of the Midnight add-on purchased through the official website. Yes, an error occurred, as we later realized, BUT! The addon has already been purchased, you do not have the right to refund money for it and roll it back.
Therefore, I suggest that you reconsider your attitude towards Russian players and not discriminate against us on the basis of territory. I believe that sanctions should be personal in nature, because we personally did not cause any damage to anyone, we are honest peaceful players. And we are for peace all over the world!
We play with players from Europe, the USA, China - all together. We are very friendly and treat each other well.
