Purchased Diablo IV Ult Edit

Hello. I have purchased the Diablo IV Ult Edit game through your store using my credit card. The order shows placed. However, there is not any records of the purchase on your store, website or my account via the launcher to the website.

I am not sure what is going on with your website, but I want my money back if I am not going to get a game.
