Post-paid account from GCI

I have provided pictures of statements of my post-paid phone account with GCI, and have had multiple GCI representatives confirm there isn’t a pre-paid flag on my number.

My partner’s number is also being flagged as a non-post-paid number. We get a bill each month so it is in fact post-paid phone service! Come on, Blizzard! What is going on?!
