The installer of the Battle.Net app fails loading bootstrapping
It seems that the port 1119 is blocked by the provider for security reasons… So the installation of the Battle.net app will not work. In my case error BLZBNTBTS0000000B is triggered. logs show failing connections to port 1119.

So, maybe you can build in a https/http fallback when port 1119 times out… or isn’t reachable.
