hi there!
if a new bnet app chat pops up the window is black. it don’t matter if i was ingame (wow retail or tbcc) or the app is just runing and no game is played.
have this problem for a wile now and reinstalling the app did not help or resting the options.

This could be a display issue with the graphic drivers or related to browser hardware acceleration. I would recommend to try the following steps:
• To be on the safe side make sure Windows and the drivers in the computer are up to date.
• Run the computer in a selective startup mode.
• Make sure your display driver is fully upto date, if you need help with this check the steps Here.

Settings >
App >
uncheck Use browser hardware acceleration.
