2.2K download from site. Speedtest site shows my download speed at 380M/sec. Spend some of our money you get every month on bandwith.

25 MB to download at 100 Kb/s, come on Blizz, it’s not even a free game

Also had this issue, seems to have been caused by five corrupt data.xxx files in my original install folder. Copied/pasted my install folder to another ssd, and the OS could not read these five files, and could not copy them. Skipped them and let the copy continue.
When finished, set the game to use the new folder location. Update may still fail until you run a scan and repair. When this finished, my game updated at full speed without error.
