Received an email that I got perma banned for violating code of conduct.
I have never cheated, or violated any rules, norms or in-game values. Actually, I have never used game chat or any of the sorts. I have only played Call of Duty Warzone and the I just purchased MW2, and played the beta for several hours. After that I got banned.
The only thing I can think of is that I moved houses (even within the same city), so I logged in from a different IP address. And even then, perma banned for 1 log-in? Seems weird to me and I’m sure more people are experiencing this issue.
I submitted a support ticket, got a response that they want to do a live chat with me to investigate. However, there has been no follow-up. The link in the email just redirects to another support ticket.
