Currently you are allowed to continually cancel battleground queues. This has allowed a player on shadowmoon - ecilart, to exploit this and harrass other players within their bracket by stopping them from playing battlegrounds. For the past week now i have been reporting this player but nothing gets done. So this must just be a bug that needs to be fixed.
