Physical Authenticator - DEI Lens

I don’t own and andriod or iPhone, so I can’t acquire the mobile app to use a software based authenticator.
I purchased a physical authenticator years ago to access some paid services, and do like having three part key.
My authenticator is wearing out, it gives some error message or something before it will display a number. I would like a replacement but have been advised that no physical replacement is available, and if I don’t have the ability to use a mobile app then I should remove the authenticator.

From a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens this is inequitable. This approach excludes those who do not have technology beyond the computer they use to play the game. Not everyone can afford an expensive phone and plan in order to secure their experience for a game they play.

Please consider an equitable option for those who do not have an android or iPhone, which will equally allow all members of your community to secure their accounts.
