So my phone that had the authenticator active finally kicked the dust after 6 years. Got a new phone but now I can’t sign into battlenet due to having a new phone number and the authenticator being on the now broken phone. I’ve seen posts on this topic and submitted my ticket under this alt account along with my photo id but all I received was a bot message saying they were closing my ticket so I opened a new one and have been waiting 6 days. Someone please help me resolve this issue

Yea I’m in the same position as you been 5 days for me and all they have done is sent me the same email over and over again asking for my details or photo of ID sent them the pic of my ID multiple times now and still no word back from them I get that there busy but taking this long to reply to a ticket is just a piss take
