Game crush in Vault while changing floors. Problem appears to be only on PC.

i am also crashing in vault when i go from the 1st to 2nd floor and the 3rd to 4th floor and when i try to claim stuff from hungering moon event

I cannot play vault without crashing at least 2 times and I do not get to reach the 4th floor. I arrive on that floor way after the rest of my team have already gone down the hall and I am instantly killed. One of my other team mates is also on PC and the same thing happens to him. I noticed 2 of my team mates from yesterday had disconnects repeatedly and they are mobile. This only happened after the update this week.

It is really -really- frustrating when it happens from 3rd to 4th floor, i’ve already had two losses entirely because by the time we re-loaded back in, the immortals were already waiting for us (if we had not yet already been killed… depending if we spawned during the crash or if we spawned once we logged back in… .though it really didn’t matter). For those that didn’t crash, it meant loading with less ppl (in one instance - 3 of us crashed).
It completely eliminates even the possibility of a clear - something which was already fun enough to get to happen.

Nothing like having a state of the art computer and video card,
Paying through the nose for a stupid game,
then have it update itself to crash when playing vault.

Same prob while playing vault (treasure chamber). Game crash after changing the floor or left the vault (treasure chamber)…
It is not possible to play the vault (treasure chamber) without crashing. I also play on the PC.
Please fix it immediatly
because we pay a lot of money to blizzard.

Big bug! Also crash every time on floor 1 to 2…Wow! How was this missed in the testing? Also, when I got back in one time I was off in the nether region and couldn’t even play

having the same problem On my PC crashing in the vault when Changing floors floor 1&2 and 3&4 that is the only crashing experience I have had but it is every time I’m in the vault

I think Blizzard doesn’t test the updates. They are waiting that we test it for Blizzard. (see the “left mouse bug” after the feature “cursed towers”)
Therefore, we should also be paid for testing (HaHaHa)

Blizzard mainly has mobile players in mind with Diablo Immortal.
But they forget that this can take revenge with Diablo 4, which can only be played on PC (or console).

Same here, PC game crashed consistently on changing Vault levels 1 to 2, and 3 to 4. This ensures I am unable to support on Floor 4. Behavior only started after last patch. Never a problem prior. No other software changes on PC.

So, is there a solution? I keep having the same problem even when I explore and repair the game, it gets annoying.

I crash on going to second and fourth floors most often. but can crash on going to any floor of vault.
