OW2 upgrade not registered

So I purchased the Watchpoint Pack for OW2 about 2 weeks ago but for some reason on this account the ‘‘Upgrade Available’’ option still displays on the home page which isn’t the case for the other account (however, I’d like to mention that the other acc is brand new). I’m sure the purchase went through since I’ve received the receipts. So yeah I assume it’s some sort of bug, right? :man_shrugging:
