My old account was named “SpeedyRogue” I don’t remember the tag/# but that’s where I had all my OW progress, recently after being asked for a SMS phone number I had logged in to a “new” account (the one I’m using to write”). This new account holds the same email and everything else, but none of my in game data. What do I do?

File a ticket. I got mine back after about a month. Hopefully you can answer the questions they ask to verify it is you.
