permanently banned yet everytime i ask waht i was banned for they always refer to it as a “temporary disable” ???

how can i be perma banned for this? ive sent a bout a million tickets to get it reversed because it doesnt make sense? did i genuinely make a blizzard dev that angry to perma ban me?
