I would like to express my frustration regarding the Overwatch Shop updates.
The shop rotations are consistently disappointing. I often look forward to the weekly refresh, hoping to see new skins, bundles, or other interesting content. Unfortunately, when the shop finally updates, I am frequently met with the same items as before or only minor changes where a few items are removed without any meaningful replacements.
In some cases, the shop appears to update, but there are virtually no noticeable changes at all. Waiting for a refresh only to find an almost identical shop is extremely frustrating and makes the update feel pointless. The excitement of checking the shop has turned into disappointment because the rotations rarely offer anything new or worthwhile.
Many players are waiting for older cosmetics, popular skins, or more variety in the shop. Instead, it often feels repetitive and stale. I believe the shop experience would be significantly improved if updates brought more meaningful changes and a wider selection of content.
I hope you will consider improving the shop rotation system so that future updates feel like actual updates rather than minor adjustments or no changes at all.
