As the title says, my account was banned.
The first reason I was given was “Exploiting Game Mechanics”. If playing Mercy was exploiting, then I’m guilty; but otherwise, I’ve never done anything like that.
The second and third reasons “we found various player reports and chat transcriptions that are not suitable for the game”. I’m a girl that gets sexist comments and her games thrown [which I report] just for the fact that I’m female, and I’m too shy to say anything back. If it’s inappropiate to type down “ggs” with a heart symbol, then I’m guilty.
Now, the final reason I was given was “Gameplay / Behavioral Offense”. Things like being AFK repeatedly, non-participating, innapropiate Custom Game names, queueing with accounts flagged for cheating. None of these things I have ever done, and if my friends were cheating and I didn’t know, their accounts seem just fine.
Now, this just seems like they are pulling different answers towards an unjust ban to try and justify their mistake.
And let’s say they show me proof of me talking back towards someone that was toxic to me first [as that is the only scenario I can think of being toxic myself], for example; does that equal to a PERMANENT BAN?
I believe this ban is a mistake, and decided to post on the forums as my ticket answers feel non-human.
