I recently discovered that my Overwatch account, which I have had for years, has been permanently banned. I have never received any suspensions or warnings, so I’m unsure why this has happened. I suspect that someone may have accessed my account, as I received an email from Blizzard indicating that I was playing heroes I have never used before. I’m confused about the situation and need assistance to determine if someone else logged into my account and caused this ban.
Unfortunately, I have only received automated responses and links from support from my last appeal. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
