I was playing as Reinhardt and got stuck in the Colosseum map. I couldn’t move (L R U D), I could only spin. I figured that my Internet had gone down, but I could still see other players moving around the map. I think I just got stuck. I sent a message that I was stuck and other players got it. Jumping did not help.
