Overwatch 2 bug report

I’ve been playing Overwatch for 4 years.
In healing I currently do + 13000 healing and ~~3000 damage each game (it depends on the hero).
I’ve done 4 rank resets now and I’m still bronze 3.
I think this is not normal.

And it’s the same for the damage class I do ~~18000 damage per game and I’m still bronze 5 after 4 reset. (I win my games a lot) pls help me​:sob:
