On Battle.net Start, Blizzard Agent went to sleep

Tried suggested solution to get past BLZBNTBNA00000005. Error message is Blizzard Agent wnto sleep. Attempting to wake it up…

For this error we may be dealing with a third party conflict(Anti-Virus), permission issue(OS related or block) or the Blizzard app is crashing.

I would recommend trying to temporarily disable anti-virus software on the system. Then disable background applications following the steps Here.

Before retesting the Blizzard app. Try reinstalling, make sure to also clear the cache files it talks about in that support article. If the issue continues please reach out to our support team Here.

I reinstalled again, but this time I removed the cache folder mentioned in the reinstalling instructions. Battlenet is working now. Thanks!
