So some Moron exploads a truck downtown and I am on day two with no internet… sure would be nice if I could launch the Cold War campain. Why doesn’t the launcher prompt me for an offline option when I don’t have an internet connection? Very disappointing.

The launcher does not give you an offline mode for Cold War because Activision (who makes the game and runs the game servers) did not create that mode for PC. Because of that, Blizzard can’t offer that option in the launcher. Blizzard makes the launcher and handles the login/authentication before handing off to the Activision game servers.
Offline campaign mode is only available for Consoles for that game.
If you would like to provide feedback about the lack of offline mode for PC, you would want to direct that to Activision.

how do we get them (whoever) to add offline mode for pc? I feel discriminated against and cheated, especially since i paid the same price for the game. this should NOT be legal, IMO.
