Need help with my account, haven’t logged on in awhile and don’t have the phone and the ticket wait times are 30 days. Do they really want us to wait 30 days to get access to our accounts?? I spoke to 2 different people and still nothing like come on…

Same boat here. I had to create this new account to be able to post this message. The automated process just takes you round in circles instead of offering to let you talk to a human. It says you need authenticator to temporarily disable authenticator - what stupidity. My account has already been hijacked previously and returned even with authenticator on it. I haven’t been able to use it in years cos of the authenticator BS. Last time when they never responded I just gave up.
