No help from support team after sending multiple report tickets about my account getting hacked

I simply want to message someone to sort out this issue quickly instead of going through all this categorised stuff that doesnt help me

Last time I got hacked I got a free month of WoW because the hackers bought it for me and then lost access when I changed all the passwords… they had the big dumb.

I’m guessing you don’t have access to the e-mail address associated with your hacked account (to change the info and recover the account do not post it please) and that Saecrem724 is a new account? What sort of support category have you tried so far?
