No answer on my ticket raised

I have raised 3 tickets, no reply from the GM at all. 1 ticket last week, and 2 tickets this week :frowning:

Did you get a ticket number emailed to you? GMs are not allowed to close tickets without a response unless it is a duplicate or they have told you not to keep putting in tickets for a specific issue (usually an appeal). Putting in more for the same thing is often not helpful - it confuses the issue. Unless you think it did not get submitted correctly.

What was the reason you put in a ticket if I can ask? Other players like me might be able to give you advice on how to navigate the Support system to get assistance, or even use self help options.
