I created a new Battle.net account from Thailand (country set to Thailand too) and I contacted customer support a few days ago.
They pointed out that my account is in the Korea region, and they couldn’t help me with my issue related to something else.
Why is that? Thailand is part of the Americas region. Does it registers my region by IP address? It still wouldn’t make sense.
