I’'ve had negative currency on overwatch for 4 months now. I have used all methods of payment to try and resolve the balance and nothing has worked. I have tried battle.net balance, numerous credit cards, and even blizzard cards. Nothing works. I have tried contacting support but I get the same gimmicky response telling me to do all the methods listed above and to try and refer to the forums. I missed out on items from the most recent battlepasses, and will most likely miss out on this new one because nothing is being done. The only option that I am thinking is going to work would probably be a new account. Please help.
