Need help for false RMT ban

Hi, joining the forum since 2022

First post today cause i got ban

I think i got false RMT ban

Creating WoW(2) on my account 2 weeks ago. Leveling by doing quests.

Today i got ban, which says Real Money Trading

But i only give and take any gold for reason, and i still remember the amount

I like to tip mage for porting me for mostly 2-3g. And mage cousumable 3-5g

2 or 3 days ago i tip enchanter for enchanting my hand. Its 5g

Never trading big amount of gold

But i do bought items from the AH

Last time an enchant for pants, i think 130g

Mats for my gear enchants. Bought few gears aswell. But im sure it was less than 1k in total

And after all, my main gold source is from quests. Got like 2k or 3k in total so far

Also i sell items which drops from monster that i found aswell. Mats, gears, etc

Pretty sure, thats all of my gold log

So i think i got false RMT ban

Is there anyone can help me, or any customer support can guide me manually how to appeal my account?

Btw i sent a ticket already. Rn waiting the reply

Posting here cause i’m not familiar with auto-ban system. Or why i trigger the penalty

Thank you

This is the only way that Blizzard will accept appeals. They use templates to reply after verifying the data. False positives do happen though, so hopefully that is all it is.

Best of luck with your appeal.
