Mystic Anima Spherule is unable to be traded in for weapon at Elisian Hold. I keep getting the error message “you do not have required items for that purchase”.
This must be a bug since I have scoured the internet for an answer and the error message is not explained anywhere. Please check into it.

In your case though, no, it is not an error. There are several different vendors and they take different levels of anima tokens. Find the vendor that matches the level of token you have. Sometimes vendors even have more than one level of item on them so the token only works for part of the items.
