I have been using this account for years, and then my phone number was somehow removed from my account. I tried to use the “forget my email” with my phone number, and now it is linked to some account that I don’t recognize. How could that guy get my SMS passcode? And I could not play COD MW2 open beta even though I pre-ordered it. I submitted a ticket and uploaded the evidence they asked and then 4 days passed still no further response.

Same here. Ow 2 requires phone number to continue, but I realized my number have been used by other account which I have no idea who that is. And still even though I can receive sms message, but I can’t proof that my number is mine. This is riduculous.
I have submitted a support ticket and hopefully I don’t have to wait for another 4 days.
