my original account with 100’s if not 1000s of hours of play from all different Blizzard games is locked. I haven’t been able to sign in for years. I was mailed an authenticator from Blizzard years ago that was lost in a move. And now my account is completely unusable. I have attempted to put in multiple tickets, but I can’t seem to get any help. All my time and money paid on that account at this point in time is a complete loss. And I had to create a new blank account. PLEASE HELP BLIZZARD STAFF. This SHOULD NOT still be going on!!!

I completely agree. I don’t understand why is it so hard to gain back access to your own personal account. I changed my number a while back and forgot to update my phone. Due to that reason I can no longer gain access to my account. It’s ridiculous!!! What’s crazy my account was still linked to my psn. I had to make a new account while back. So by mistake I recently linked my psn to my new acct and my Diablo 4 character disappeared. I worked so hard on that character and countless hrs just to start all over again. So in order for me to play with my character, i have to gain access to my old account which I can’t cause I no longer have my old phone number. I tried to contact blizzard and I having trouble understanding why does it take them so long to respond. Their communication methods are completely trash. I just wish I can get customer service to help me with this issue. I honestly given hope.

I agree man it’s HORRIBLE. I have SOOOOO many hours, and SOOOO much money in games on my old account. I can’t stomach buying that all over again, and loosing 100’s if not 1000’s of hours of character time. I was forced to have an authenticator on my account years ago. I was against it but they mailed me one and forced me into it. I eventually went over to a mobile version. But that phone got obliterated and the phone number is no longer active. So I’m completely locked out of my account and ALLLLL my time and money are just gone!

That’s so frustrating man! I understand the extra security steps, but danm!!! this is not the FBI or some High LVL security facility. Our info is very important as well. It’s just CRAZY. To top off the convo, they don’t have a simple chat system in place. REALLY!!! lol.
