My account has been hacked, but I haven't received an answer

I am currently unable to access my account, and when attempting to log in, I receive a message stating that there is no information about my account.

This issue arose suddenly after I finished playing a game. My ID seems to have vanished along with my email account.

Upon investigating, I discovered that someone had hacked my account and changed my email. I am certain that once someone gains access to an account, they can change the email without confirmation. This is very concerning to me.

I suggest implementing a confirmation process via email whenever a change to the email associated with an account is requested. While there are several security measures in place for logging in, the process of changing the email seems too easy. This confusion worries me.

(I haven’t received an answer for my ticket for 4 days.)
