Last night I wanted to buy MW2 (vault edition) using my credit card. I filled in all required fields and was redirected to my bank for authentcation, completede that succesfully and was redirected again to the shop where I had to fill in my account password to veriify the payment.
After that, it asks me again to fill in all credit card information again. Not knowing what to do I closed the screen and looked in the browser at my purchase history. The order was there with status ‘Pending’. Now this morning, I checked again and the order is gone. As far as can see, nothing has been charged.
I tried ordering again, but it was exactly as last night. Except, now no order was placed. What is the issue here?
