I have had during this last few days what i consider hell. My old physical authentictor broke and i had to contact blizzard. Not made easy by the fact a email reply seems to not general a ticket and i had to click a link in the GM reply to my ticket number and manually enter it on the website?
So i had the authenticator removed but problems persist i have no authenticator as the battlenet app does not reconize my login. Yet i can log onto this forum? I believe this is the firefox default browser bug but extends to Safari. I am using an iphone 16 with latest ios 17 updates. I believe this app does not work with anything but Chrome. I am NOT going to make Chrome by default browser i therefor have no autheticator i just can NOT LOG INTO THE APP!!! Fix this it has been over a year looking at these forums you know this bug exists you basically only have support for chrome browser.
You also need to urgently call in whoever designed the website. The design is sick and torture. Do you know how many times trying to log into the app and website i have had to do the capatcha style login you created? Its worse than the capacha system it asks me to rotate this dumb icon FIVE TIMES. I have been refused login attempts until i do this FIVE TIMES and then i was locked out of my account. To log in again i had to do this again FIVE TIMES! It has actually caused me to feel like if i see this stupid icon again ask me to rotate something what i will do instead is rotate something else and simply not use anymore Blizzard products. I find it beggars belief a billion dollar company can not design a basic web login and app that WORKS!
