I just recently started playing the game again for the first time since around when the Mercy recall challenges were out. I’ve been having a lot of fun playing recently and I wanted to try healer again. But when I went to play mercy my recall challenge skin was missing A.K.A the Dr.Ziegler skin. I think it was completely removed from my game because I can see other people with it on, but it’s not in my skin locker for mercy at all. I would appreciate getting some help on recovering my skin. It was my favorite skin for Mercy.
