Missing overwatch license

Hi! Im unable to play overwatch because it says that i dont have the license for it. I’ve bought it on june and it worked just fine, but now the order doesnt seem to be found at my account info at all. I have the receipt on my email though. Where is the problem?

Account issues aren’t handled on the forums for privacy reasons. But what you can do is submit a Purchase Failure support ticket to have it looked into. On a side note, the ticket times are about 2-4 days despite the 11+ that the system is claiming.

Having said that, just to be sure, if you have more than one Battlenet account, are you logging into the correct one (the on with Overwatch)?
