When I leave my computer on and let it go to standby, after I wake the computer up from overnight I have a serious CPU lag. Going through the task manager, Battle.net updater is running 100’s of instances and WMI provider host is using 90 percent of the cpu. The issue does not happen if I do not allow Battle.net to run in the background and only open it to play a game and close it when I am not playing anything Blizzard. I am using windows 11 on an ROG G17, Ryzen 9 5000 series processor, an RTX 3070 laptop graphics card and 64gb of RAM. I should note that I do not have any issues otherwise and I can load games freely. A restart of my computer solves the issue until the next morning.
