Players who are mass reporting other players for playing AV as intended. Recently, especially after AV weekend, I have noticed that when a player actually goes in and tries to do the quests, tries to actually pvp and complete the goals in AV they are reported in the masses. Some of these accounts have been suspended. So I am not understanding that because you can get more honor from killing the Lieutenant and commanders versus winning the game, Alliance specifically, is now forgoing the whole AV experience. If you are someone who wants to take in the full experience and try to win a match, complete the quests and actually get some Honorable kills then why shouldn’t you be allowed. Blizzard needs to look at the mass reports and see what is going on. The players who are mass reporting should be the ones to have their accounts banned due to false reports. This is infact against blizzards Standards of Conduct and is harrasment to those wishing to play the BGs as originally intended.
I have been impacted by the mass ban. I play about 2 hours a day and somehow got caught up into this. Sucks I cant play for 2 weeks now.
This forum is for feedback about the website, not your experience with the penalty system in the game. The only place to post feedback about penalties (feedback, not personal experience) is in General Discussion for WoW.
This thread is showing you a tech issue with the mass reporting system and how it is being abused. I have also seen where there is a system in place to disconnect a player from the game if Mass reports come in all at once. This causes a debbuff and does not allow people to play the game and is not how it was originally designed. There needs to be some techinical magic done to stop this or make it show what is going on
This forum is for feedback on the Website ticket system and Knowledge base articles. It is not for discussion of technical issues, even if your complaint was a tech issue - which it is not.
You already got an answer though on the WoW CS forum. Your thread:
Similar thread complaining about what they thought was “mass reporting”. Nope, they were not participating in the BGs, multiple times.
your removing peoples comments further proves there is a major issue of mass reporting! youtube is now full of people complaining! UNSUSPEND the hundreds of players and ban those that reported. furthermore if the forums arent to expose blizzards lack of action. then what other ave do people have? and you guys act like this isnt a problem it absolutely is and im not even one that got banned
